Bought a gift card as a birthday…

Bought a gift card as a birthday present for our son who is a 25 year old black male. Worst ever decision the staff were so rude, Totally ignored him. He waited for 20 minutes for help, no one came up to him or acknowledge his presence. Customer service was non existent. Only interested in the white customers. Standing around talking to each other saying they can't help because they wanted to go to lunch. Really regret spending $300 on a gift card which he could only use in the store. If he was paying cash he would have walked out. Will never go there again. I shall inform everyone I know not to patronize that store in Stuart Florida because of the racist undertones exhibited by some of the staff.

Lost suit with no apology

I went into the store and ordered a suit I was happy with. I was told I would be called when it was ready to be picked up. 2 days after the date I was told it would be ready I called the store. They pit me on hold for 15 minutes to find it. Then said I would receive a call within the hour.

I called back after an hour and the manager said fed ex lost it. Then said that I would have to come into the store to get alterations made. An apology was never given. If I had not called them, they never would have discovered it went missing. They say I will now have it in 10 days. I asked for that in writing which I still have not received. They simply do not care about mor value their customers. My advice is to find an alternative. I will never shop there again.

Not an optimal customer experience

Not an optimal customer experience - I rented a tuxedo for a recent business event - the "formal" shirt they provided was of such low quality, one of my 10 year old shirts in my closet would been better. When I pointed this out to the store manager, they offered to make good, but by that time it was too late - does no one do quality control for a customer paying $250 for a rental? Never again. I will roll my pennies to go custom next time if I have to.

Shipping is HORRIBLE

When you purchase items expect like 3-4 weeks for your items to be sent to you. My items have been in transit for weeks and the dates just keep changing. This is the worst shipping experience I have ever dealt with. The time frame provided for your items is not accurate and they send all of your items separately. Very unorganized.

Avoid at all costs.

Purchasing from this company has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had (and that's saying a lot). I ordered 2 suits for my teenage sons for a wedding. Based on estimated standard shipping dates there was no need for rush ordering. 6 items (2 jackets, 2 pairs slacks, 2 belts) were shipped in 5 separate packages. Only 1 arrived by the projected date. 10 days afterwards, I'm still waiting for 2 items, have been unable to get any help through customer service, and am on the hook for over >$300. Two items still have pending delivery dates. Absolutely terrible service, no responsibility taken.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING!! They have incompetent salesmen and an outdated system.

My husband and son went in April to have my son fitted for his tux for his September wedding. After the fitting, they were told that they were all set and that the groomsmen only needed to use my sons phone number when they went for their fittings. This is NOT true. They were supposed to set up a group and been given a group # which is not something the customer would know but the salemen should as it's their process!!!!
Each groomsmen had issues when going for their fittings as the clerk's in the different locations could not find the order using my sons phone number. I called corporate and was told that once a reservation # was created it could not be tied to a group. What kind of BS is that??? Their software/system is outdated. They should've been able to fix this - it shouldn't have occurred in the first place.
Now, I'm hoping and praying that all of the groomsmen have the same outfits and shoes and accessories but it doesn't look promising.
Joseph A. Banks is the way to go and I'm regretting not having gone that way.

Not a great day at men's wearhouse

I stopped at the men's wearhouse in Holyoke yesterday and was slightly disappointed. There were quite a few people in the store however they were also quite a few sales associates. At one point I heard what must have been a manager saying okay anybody that's not doing anything go help someone. The manager walked by me and asked how I was doing I said I'm just waiting for someone to help me to buy a suit. He said okay I'll be right with you. 25 minutes later I walked out without being helped.

Late return by 2 days on a suit rental…

Late return by 2 days on a suit rental will cost you $43! It was a holiday weekend and there's"nothing they can do about it". Never late before. Disappointing there's no wiggle room to put it towards a purchase or something. Just wasted $43.
Dont be late or you'll pay. No negotiating on that.

Labels ruined new pants

Staff is OK, used to be more attentive.
The problem is I bought a pair of slacks for $50 and then carefully removed the tags with scissors and pulled them through gently and still I have eight holes in my pants from where the labels were attached.
